Payments accepted

1)   Any credit cards through Pay-Pal.  It is easy and secure way to pay online.
      The items will be shipped within 3 business days.

2)   AccessD       Institution:  815     Transit #:  30328  (Vaudreuil-Soulanges)    Account #:  444 458 4

3)   Money orders from Post Office.

4)  Personal checks are accepted. The item will be shipped when the payment has gone
     through your account. The mailing address will be provided to you by e-mail.

Special Orders (not applicable for night lights or jewellery)

All special orders require a 50% deposit and is payable before the beginning of the project.
The remaining amount will be payable within 30 days after the project is finish and before the shipment of the item.
Pictures of the item will be provided along the way and when completed.
Shipping cost will be paid by the client and will be added to the estimate.
In the particular case, there will be no reimbursement or exchange accepted.
The client will have a 3 month grace period from the time the item is finished to pay any remaining balance without losing his deposit.
After this time, the item will be available for resale.

Guaranteed Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied, I will reimburse you within 30 days from the purchase date and after the return of the item. You will be responsible for any shipment cost unless the item was received damaged. I will then repair it (if possible) and pay the shipping cost to return the item, if not, you will have the option to exchange it or be reimbursed.
